Government jobs me starting phase often probation hota hai – 1–2 years jahan performance, discipline, and suitability assess ki jati hai. Probationer technically full confirmation wale employee jaisa protection enjoy nahi karta, but woh bhi completely right-less nahi.
Non-confirmation ya termination without proper material, mala fide, ya discrimination pe based ho, to courts intervene kar sakte hain. Lekin purely performance-based honest assessment ko normally respect diya jata hai.
Probation ke dauran regular feedback, writing me warning, and improvement chance dena fair practice ka part hai. Sudden “aap suitable nahi” without prior indication suspect lag sakta hai.
Probationer ko khud bhi attendance, work quality, and file noting pe extra focus rakhna chahiye – yahi unka real CV hota hai department ke liye.
