Minority Educational Institutions: Special Status

Religious or linguistic minority communities apne educational institutions establish aur administer kar sakte hain, yeh constitutional protection hai. Iska aim hai identity, culture, aur language ko preserve karna.

Special rights ka matlab yeh nahi ki “no regulation zone”. Basic standards – infrastructure, teacher qualification, anti-ragging, child safety, exam norms – sab apply hote hain. Lekin admissions, staff selection, and internal management me minorities ko extra autonomy mil sakti hai, subject to fairness and general law.

States sometimes over-regulate in the name of uniformity; courts phir check karte hain ki kya interference minority rights ke core ko damage kar raha hai.

Students ke nazariye se quality education aur non-discrimination important hai, chahe institution minority ho ya non-minority. Status shield abuses ke liye nahi, diversity ke liye diya gaya hai.
