Courts ne baar-baar kaha hai ki consenting adults ka right to choose partner protected hai, aur State ko unki safety ensure karni chahiye. Couple ko practical caution bhi rakhni padti hai – documentation ready, safe accommodation, legal aid numbers, and sometimes NGO support.
